Order Processing
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled for various reasons such as a product being unavailable or invalid payment information.
If your order is canceled, you will be contacted by a Simply Organic representative via e-mail explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items - and any amount that might have been charged to your credit card will be promptly refunded.
If an item is out of stock when you order it, you will be notified and we will keep your information on file for when that specific product is available again - at which time you will receive an e-mail letting you know.
If your item is available, we will process your order within 24 hours Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend and/or on a national holiday will be processed the next business day.
