Commissioned Stylists (optional) that you add to your network will earn an additional 10% of initial and recurring sales with you as the Tier 1 salon owner or professional, you still receiving your 30%.

We’ve created tools and resources for you to easily share and promote your link. Simply copy/paste your Referral Link from your Partner Dashboard into any texts, emails or social media posts. Your Referral Link can also be added to your own website.
HOW DO WE GET PAID?
Once you’ve earned $100 in product commissions, you’ll be written a check every month!

All product purchases are attached to a verified beauty professional. Meaning, clients can only purchase by visiting HolisticHairTribe.com through your unique referral link OR if you’ve already PRE-APPROVED and added them as Client (Lead).
This is also why we require a PARTNER CODE for your clients. That way, all sales are being tracked and attributed to the correct Partner, every time.

WHO TAKES CARE OF THE SHIPPING, HANDLING, REFUNDS AND RETURNS?
We do! We created this program so you don’t have to worry about the hard stuff. All you have to do is share your link to your clients.
WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?
As long as a product is not damaged or defective, all sales are final.
- Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of receiving their order. The client should send a photo of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org. Simply Organic Beauty will replace the damaged product.
- Missing items must be reported to email@example.com within 14 days with the order number and the product that the client should have received. Simply Organic Beauty will re-send the missing product.
- If the client does not like the product, we can only offer a store credit. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refunded.
- If the product is unused and in good condition, the client has 30 days to return the product. The client will assume the responsibility for shipping the product back to us. As soon as we receive the product back are we able to process a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
IF A CLIENT REFUNDS, DO I STILL GET PAID?
Simply Organic Beauty gives clients 30 days to return unused product. When a refund is processed, commission will be denied.
