Did you tune in to the Met Gala 2019 on Monday? This year’s theme was all about CAMP: Notes on Fashion, so naturally many celebrities went all out and strutted the runway with the campiest, wildest outfits and hair colors they could think of. Here are some of our favorites!

Color

To re-create this unicorn hair inspired color, you will need to decolorize with O&M Ammonia Free Keratin Blue Powder Lightener and O&M CØR.color 20 vol Activator to a pale yellow/ white. Follow with Original Detox Shampoo to remove all traces of the lightener. Next apply for the roots, use O&M CØR.color Charcoal Toner and O&M CØR.color 9.11 Intense Ash Very Light Blonde with O&M CØR.color 10 vol Activator for about 2 inches at the root. For the ends, use O&M CØR.color 10.3 Lightest Golden Blonde and O&M CØR.color 10 vol Activator. Process 20 mins and rinse, shampoo with Original Detox Shampoo  and treat with O&M The Power Base Protein Treatment for added strength to color-treated hair.

Style

To create this style, apply O&M Rootalicious Root Lift Spray to the root area and blow dry for volume at the root. Next take O&M C-Paste Texture Cream and create a piecey look on the ends forming a flippy look on the ends.

Color

Decolorize the hair with O&M Ammonia Free Keratin Blue Powder Lightener and O&M CØR.color 20 vol Activator until it reaches pale yellow. Be sure to leave an inch of the natural color exposed at the regrowth to create a root contrast.

Mix a formula of O&M CØR.color 9.5 Very Light Red Blonde equal parts of O&M CØR.color Pale Pink Toner and work the color formula midshaft to ends with O&M CØR.color 10 vol Activator and process 35 minutes. After processing, shampoo with the Original Detox Shampoo and follow with the O&M Hydrate & Conquer Conditioner.

Style

Use O&M Know Knott Detangling Spray to comb through hair and blow-dry to remove excess moisture, then work some O&M Style Guru through the midshaft and the ends. Dry until 100% dry with your hands – you want to keep the body and texture. When 100% dry, create a side part and take sections to curl with a regular 1” size barrel curling iron. Work up the head and allow curls to cool.

When the curls are cool, run fingers through to loosen curls up. Spray with O&M Original Queenie and finish with a spritz of O&M Frizzy Logic Finishing Shine Spray to set style and keep the softness in hair.

Color

To create this stunning 1960s inspired ‘do, decolorize the hair with Oway Hbleach Butter Cream Lightener and Oway Hcatalyst 30 Volume Creme Developer. Decolorize to a pale yellow/white (at least a Level 9).

Shampoo with Oway Hbalance Post-Color Neutralizing Shampoo and work a small amount of Oway Hmilk No Stress Conditioning Treatment through the hair to equalize porosity.

Create a root melt with Oway Hcolor 8.0 Natural Light Blonde and Oway Htone 9 Volume Developer and stagger through the mid shaft.

Lastly, tone the remaining blonde with Oway Hnectar 10.32 Caramel Extra Light Blonde and and Oway Htone 9 Volume Developer for 10 to 20 minutes. This will create a beautiful golden caramel blonde. Follow up again with Oway Hbalance Post-Color Neutralizing Shampoo, to cleanse all of the remaining toner left in the hair. Finish with Oway Hbalance Post-Color pH Mask to seal the cuticle.

Style

Apply Oway Flux Potion from roots to ends and blow dry the hair. While drying the midshaft and ends, begin to form a curl pattern with a round brush. Take a section from ear to ear just before the crown and pull the hair straight back and upwards. Secure with a bungee on the top of the head giving a fountain like appearance. Take Oway Sculpting Mist and spray the area and comb smooth.

Curl the mid shaft and ends with a larger barrel curling iron, then secure the curl with a bobby pin to give the curl time to cool and set. Spray with Oway Sculpting Mist.  Unpin the curls and run fingers through the hair to loosen up the curls.

Color

Color the hair all over with O&M CØR.color 5.7 Light Brunette Brown and O&M CØR.color 20 vol Activator and process for 35 minutes. Decolorize the ends of the hair to level 9 with the O&M Ammonia-Free Keratin Powder Lightener and O&M CØR.color 40 vol Activator. After lightening the bottom portion of the hair, shampoo with Original Detox Shampoo and thoroughly cleanse the bleach from the hair. Spray some O&M Know Knott Detangling Spray through to detangle and equalize porosity.

For the vivid red color, mix 10g of O&M CØR.color 66.46 Dark Red Intense Blonde and 20g of O&M CØR.color 0.55 Red Pure Color and O&M CØR.color 10 vol Activator process for 35 mins and follow with a shampoo with Original Detox Shampoo and Condition with the O&M Seven Day Miracle Moisture Masque.

Style

Start with O&M Know Knott Detangling Spray to dry hair till about 70% dry, then apply O&M Style Guru to create smoothness  to the hair.  Finish blow-drying the rest of the way opposite of the natural growth pattern to create some fullness at the root. Use a large round brush to smooth the midshaft and flip under the ends. Finally, lightly spritz O&M Frizzy Logic Shine Serum to seal the ends and create awesome shine.

Color

To create this look, decolorize the hair Oway Hbleach Butter Cream Lightener and Oway Hcatalyst 40 Volume Cream Developer to pale yellow/ white with very minimal yellow left.   Create a slight root melt with Oway 7.1 Ash Blonde and Oway Htone 9 Volume Developer. Pull a few sporadic pieces of the 7.1 Ash Blonde throughout. Tone everything else with 30g of Oway Hcolor 90.11 Intense Ash Super Bleaching Blonde, 1g of the Oway Hcolor 0.8 Blue Booster/Tone Corrector Corrector to kick up the blue a little more and deposit with a 9 Volume Htone.

Style

Apply Oway Flux Potion into damp hair and remove 80% of moisture with a blow dryer. Use a smaller round brush to dry hair with a soft wave. To add extra style support, you can use a flat iron to define waves/curls throughout. Allow each section to cool. Once the hair has cooled, shake the hair allowing the waves to loosen up. Use Oway Sculpting Mist as a finishing spray this will set the look. A light spritz of Oway Glamshine Cloud will finish the look and give excellent shine.

Color

Color the hair with equal parts of Oway Hcolor 7.44 Deep Coppery Blonde and Oway Hcolor 7.34 Golden Copper Blonde with Oway Hcatalyst 20 Volume Cream Developer roots to ends 35 mins. Take Oway Hbleach Butter Cream Lightener and Oway Htone 9 Volume Cream Developer and paint some lighter pieces throughout the fringe and top section of the hair to create a slight tonal contrast.  After processing, shampoo with Oway Hbalance Post-Color Neutralizing Shampoo to restore the hair to the natural pH and follow up Oway Hbalance Post-Color pH Mask to seal the cuticle.

Style

Apply Oway Smoothing Cream from roots to ends. Blow-dry the root area in the opposite direction of the growth pattern for volume. The midshaft and ends can be dried sleek and straight with a paddle brush. Take a warm flat iron over the hair to smooth out any fly-aways. Work some Oway Glossy Nectar through the midshaft and ends to add great shine and control.
